My Future My Choice’s Sexual Health Curriculum for the 6th Grade which includes 12 lesson chapters with worksheets. There is also a Teen Leader Guide which consists of lesson chapters 6, 7, 8, and 10 from the guide as a separate publication for teen volunteers to collaborate with therapists classroom facilitator.
